Teasetab works in financial services and nowhere else. Since 2014 the firm has worked in projects at Belgian insurers: life insurance, self-service, migrations and delivery planning across several workstreams. So a consultant knows the context before you explain it.
From web studio to consultancy
Teasetab BV was founded in 2008 and started as a web studio. The firm built and delivered the work itself, from analysis to go-live.
Since 2014 the focus has shifted to project management, analysis and delivery management at Belgian insurers. That made Teasetab the consultancy it is today.
The firm has deliberately stayed small. No bench, no account manager: the person you talk to does the work. For roles Teasetab does not fill in-house, it works with a small network of senior freelance consultants.
The network: how we select
Teasetab works with a small network of senior freelance consultants: project managers, analysts, delivery leads and change managers. We only propose people we would deploy ourselves.
How the intake works
Every intake conversation is held by a senior Teasetab consultant: about the trade, previous assignments and the way of working. No CV scan by a recruiter. Only people we would deploy ourselves join the network.
What the client notices
For a placement from the network, the client keeps one point of contact at Teasetab. The client knows the consultant's name before the start. Replacement only with the client's agreement.

Honest about scope and price
Scope and day rate are on paper up front. If the scope grows, it is named and agreed again, not quietly stretched.
Bad news comes early
A steering committee hears about a delay or a risk as soon as it is visible, not once it is a problem. Reporting is open, even when that is uncomfortable.
Deliver, not just advise
Teasetab does not draw a plan and then leave it to others. Whoever does the analysis also helps with the build, the test and the go-live.
No layers in between
No account manager between you and the consultant. Questions go straight to Teasetab, and a consultant answers them.
