A fair margin, explained
You know your own day rate up front and the margin Teasetab takes on it. Client and consultant hear the same story. No hidden commissions.
For consultants
Teasetab works with a small network of senior freelance consultants: project managers, business and functional analysts, delivery leads and change managers. The intake is done by a peer, not a recruiter, and we only propose you when an assignment fits. No bench, no commissions nobody can explain.
Send your profileTeasetab is not after volume. The network is small and stays that way. These are the criteria:
No bench, no middle layers. What you can expect:
You know your own day rate up front and the margin Teasetab takes on it. Client and consultant hear the same story. No hidden commissions.
Only at insurers and banks in Belgium, in the role you master. If a request does not match your profile, you will not be proposed for it.
The intake conversation is held by a peer, not a recruiter: a senior Teasetab consultant who has worked in insurance projects and knows what a steering committee expects.
You keep one fixed point of contact at Teasetab, towards the client too. Regular check-ins, and an open line when something is off.
Four steps, no detours.
A CV or a link to your LinkedIn profile is enough. Choose 'Freelance consultant' in the contact form and mention your role, your sector experience and from when you are available.
A conversation about your experience, your role, your rate and what you are looking for. If it is not a fit, you hear that straight away, with the reason.
When a request matches your profile, we discuss it with you first. Only with your agreement does Teasetab propose you to the client by name, with rate and margin on paper.
You deliver, Teasetab handles the agreement and the invoicing. Extending or stopping happens in consultation with you and the client, based on results.
You do. You state your rate in the conversation. Teasetab adds a margin and fixes it up front, so you know what the client pays.
You invoice Teasetab BV based on approved timesheets. Teasetab in turn invoices the client or the broker. Payment terms are set out in the agreement you receive up front.
No. You remain free to take on assignments through other channels. Only for clients Teasetab introduced you to, the agreement sets out what applies.
Then you hear that honestly, without false expectations. If you wish, your profile stays in the network and we get back in touch as soon as a matching request comes in.
Often, at least partly. Insurers and banks in Belgium usually expect presence in the office, combined with working from home. This is fixed per assignment in the proposal.
Yes. Some clients work with a framework contract through a broker. Teasetab then proposes you through that broker, with the same openness about rate and margin.
A small network, not a bench.
Teasetab only proposes people it would deploy itself. That keeps the network small, and that is the point.
