What we do · Change management
Change managers for insurers and banks.
A Teasetab change manager makes sure a new system or process is actually used. By staff, and by the brokers and customers who work with it. Change management inside the team, next to the project manager.
Book a callWhat the role delivers
A go-live is not a result. The result only comes when customer service works differently, brokers use the new channel and the old way of working disappears. That is the change manager's job.
In practice: an impact analysis per department and per target group, communication that explains what changes and why, and training that matches the real processes. Then follow-up after go-live, until the new is normal.
At an insurer or bank, distribution comes on top. Brokers and agents are not employees, but they have to come along. That needs its own approach.
Typical assignments
- Impact analysis per department and per target group for a new system or process
- Communication plan and delivery for staff, brokers and customers
- Training and support for customer service and back office at go-live
- Adoption of self-service or a new broker platform
- Guiding a process change after a migration or merger
- Follow-up after go-live: measuring use, handling resistance, adjusting
How Teasetab fills this role
Teasetab fills change management through the network: one change manager with at least five years in banking or insurance projects, known personally to Teasetab. We run the intake and the selection ourselves and you keep one point of contact. Replacement only with your agreement.
On a smaller project the Teasetab project manager or analyst takes on the change tasks as well. That is then agreed in the scope up front.

No long onboarding. The change manager starts with a fixed set of actions.

Approach per target group
A plan for communication, training and support, linked to the project plan and the releases.
First communication
The first message to the teams involved: what changes, why, and what they can expect.
Rhythm
Fixed alignment with the project manager, the business and internal communication. Resistance surfaces early.
Where this role plays out in practice
In the self-service assignment at a Belgian life insurer, use by customers and brokers was central. A new channel only works when brokers offer it and customers find it. That is change management, next to the technology.
A separate anonymised case for this role will follow. We discuss references in a conversation.
Frequently asked questions
How does the day rate work?
Teasetab works with a day rate agreed up front, depending on role and seniority. You pay for days worked, with transparent timesheets. Directly or through your broker.
How long does an assignment last?
Change management runs alongside the project and for a while after go-live. A defined scope is put in writing up front, followed by regular evaluation. Stopping or extending is decided on results.
On site or hybrid?
Mainly on site. Change management works with people, and they are on the floor and at the brokers. Preparatory work can be hybrid; you agree the balance with Teasetab up front.
What if the consultant drops out or is not a fit?
Replacement happens only with your agreement. Teasetab then finds a consultant from the network with the same profile and takes care of the handover. If it is not a fit, we say so honestly.
Can the project manager not take on change management as well?
For a small change, yes. For a programme that touches the way of working of a whole department or the broker channel, a separate role is needed. In the conversation we decide together what fits.
