What we do

Four roles that carry a programme at an insurer or bank.

Teasetab places experienced project managers, business and functional analysts, delivery leads and change managers with insurers and banks in Belgium. No strategy on slides: people who join your team, take responsibility and deliver.

What Teasetab does, and what it does not

Teasetab provides senior consultants who take on one role in your project or programme. They work in your team, on site or hybrid, and report to your sponsor and steering committee. The role is defined and the day rate is agreed up front.

What Teasetab does not do: no junior bench, no strategy advice without delivery, no outsourcing of entire teams. And no assignments outside insurers and banks. That keeps the sector knowledge sharp and the promise true: the person you talk to does the work.

The four roles

Each role has its own page with typical assignments, what to expect in the first weeks and frequently asked questions.

Project manager

Runs a project or workstream from intake to go-live: planning, budget, risks, vendors and steering committee.

Business and functional analyst

Translates what the business needs into what IT can build, and makes sure that is what gets delivered.

How we match

A fixed, short route from request to start. At every moment you know who you get and what it costs.

  1. A conversation about the role

We discuss the context, the role, the expected duration and the budget with you. If it is not a fit, you hear that immediately.

  2. One profile, by name

You get one proposal with one consultant, by name: someone we know personally who has already worked at an insurer or bank. No pile of CVs.

  3. Scope and rate in writing

A proposal with a defined scope, day rate and start date, agreed up front. Directly or through your broker, without exclusivity.

  4. Start and follow-up

The consultant joins your team and reports regularly to the sponsor. Stopping or extending is decided on results.

Where these roles land in practice

Assignments for which insurers and banks bring in these roles:

  • Self-service for customers and brokers, integrated with the existing policy system
  • Migration of an e-mail, policy or document platform without interrupting service
  • Integrated IT delivery planning across several workstreams, with reporting to the steering committee
  • Regulatory programmes with an end date set by the supervisor
  • Channel renewal, onboarding and payments at banks
  • Adoption of a new system by customer service, back office and brokers

The person you talk to does the work.

No junior bench, no account manager. Teasetab runs the intake itself and proposes one senior consultant, by name, who has already worked at an insurer or bank.

Frequently asked questions

Does Teasetab work with a day rate?

Yes. Each role has a day rate agreed up front, depending on role and seniority. You pay for days worked, with transparent timesheets. No hidden margins.

Can I work through my broker or framework contract?

Yes. Teasetab works directly or through a broker or intermediary, without exclusivity. Invoicing can go through the broker.

What if the proposed consultant is not available?

Then we propose one other consultant from the network: at least five years in banking or insurance projects and known personally to Teasetab. We run the intake and the selection ourselves and your point of contact stays the same.

Does Teasetab combine roles?

Sometimes. On a smaller project one consultant takes on project management and functional analysis together. That is agreed in the scope up front.
