How Teasetab staffs banking assignments
Teasetab's documented assignments are at insurers. For banks, we therefore propose a consultant from the network who has already worked at a bank. We know that consultant personally, and we run the intake ourselves.
We only propose people we would deploy ourselves. The network is small and strictly selected: at least five years in banking or insurance projects, freelance status in Belgium, willing to work on site.
The consultant in the proposal is the consultant on the floor. Your point of contact at Teasetab stays the same. Replacement only with your agreement.
What a bank can expect

No. Teasetab places project managers and analysts who plan and deliver such a programme, together with your own compliance and legal teams.
Can the assignment run through a broker?
Yes. Directly with Teasetab BV or through an intermediary. Invoicing through the broker is possible, exclusivity is not required.
